Kırka V. Borax Pentahydrate Plant

The contract includes process design, basic and detailed engineering services, machinery and equipment, instruments control system, engineering, procurement, construction, installation, commissioning, performance testing, educational training.

İzmir Metro Light Railway System-Phase II Construction

Eskipazar - Karabük And Zonguldak - Çaycuma - Bartın Natural Gas Pipe Line
Gaz türbini + kompresör paketi olarak 2+1 (2 ünite işletme altında 1 ünite yedek) konfigürasyonda, kurulu gücü toplam 45,9 MW olan üç adet kompresör ünitesi, pig istasyonu, çapı 48’’ olan istasyon ana giriş-çıkış hatları, çapı 24’’ olan istasyon recycle hattı, unite giriş-çıkış hatları, separator filtrelerin giriş çıkış ünite anti surge hatları, çapı 16’’ olan gaz soğutucu giriş-çıkış hatları ve scada bağlantısı işlerinin tasarım, malzeme temin, inşaat, montaj, işletmeye alma işlerini kapsamaktadır.

Çorum Natural Gas Compressor Station
Design, material supply,construction, installation and commissioning works of three units of compressors with total 45,9 MW installed power, pig station, station main input-output lines with 48’’ diameter, recycle linewith 24’’ diameter, unit input-output lines, input output anti-surge lines of separator filters, input output lines of gas cooler with 16’’ diameter and Scada connection in the form of 2+1 configuration as gas turbine + compressor package (2 unit in operation, 1 unit backup).

East Blacksea Natural Gas Pipeline Phase-3
Construction, installation and commissioning of ~115 kms 16” dia. Natural gas intercity distribution pipeline from Bayburt to Rize. Besides the main pipeline, below items are realised: 3 ea 16’’ line valves, 1 ea 16’’ pig receiving station, 1 ea 16’’ take-off valve, 1 ea 8’’ take-off valve, Excavation & backfilling of 115 kms, 16’’ dia., pipeline, Railway, highway and river crossings through the line via micro-tunnelling method, NDT tests, hydraulic pressure tests and cathodic protection

Turkey - Greece Natural Gas Pipeline-Phase 2- Offshore Section
Construction of offshore section (Marmara sea crossing) of Turkey – Greece Natural Gas Pipeline. Total offshore length of the pipeline is 17km and 36” inch in diameter. All the operations carried out by a adjoining derric lay barge. Pipeline was laid at a maximum depth of 68m under sea. Besides, 330 m of pipeline was laid onshore.

Blue Stream Samsun - Ankara Natural Gas Pipeline
Construction, installation and commissioning of 500 kms, 48’’ dia. (API 5L GrX65) natural gas pipeline from Samsun to Ankara, which is known as “BLUE STREAM” pipeline. The project aims transportation of Russian natural gas to Mediterranean sea through Black Sea and Turkish distribution lines. Besides the main pipeline below items are realised: 7 ea 16’’ branch valves and 1500 class 16 billion m3/year capacity “pressure reducing and measurement” station, 4 ea 48’’ pigging stations., 17 ea 48’’ line valves, Excavation & backfilling of 500 kms, 48’’ dia., pipeline, Railway, highway and river crossings through the line via micro-tunnelling method, NDT tests, hydraulic pressure tests and cathodic protection.
